How do I get more Google reviews for my business?
Ask every customer, at the right moment, with the link ready to tap. Doing that consistently matters more than anything else, and that’s exactly what this fix automates.
Is it OK to only ask happy customers?
No. Google doesn’t allow “review gating,” where only happy customers are steered to Google. We ask everyone the same way, which keeps your profile safe.
Can I offer a discount for reviews?
Google doesn’t allow incentives for reviews, so we don’t set that up. A sincere thank-you works well on its own.
Should the ask go by text or email?
Text usually gets noticed sooner, but we can do either or both. Texts only go to people who gave you their number for your business, and STOP is always honored.
What about bad reviews?
You’ll get the occasional one, and that’s normal. We help you reply calmly and professionally, and a steady flow of honest reviews keeps one bad day in perspective.
How soon after the visit does the request go out?
You choose. A couple of hours after works for most businesses; for a big project, the day after the final walkthrough.
