What we collect

What you tell us: your name, email, phone number, business name and your message when you fill in a form, start a chat, call or email us.
Text message consent: if you opt in to texts, the phone number, the date and time, and how you opted in.
Project details: information you share while we work together, like how your scheduling or phones are set up.
Basic site analytics: pages visited, browser type and rough location, collected with cookies through Google Analytics.

To reply to you and set up a time to talk
To do the work you’ve asked us to do and keep you updated
To send text messages, only if you’ve opted in (see our SMS Terms)
To keep our website working and figure out what’s useful

Text messaging and your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to in our Atlas Cirrus Customer Care program. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that job for us:

Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the spam check on our forms
Our email provider, which delivers form messages to our inbox
Our messaging providers, which deliver chat and text messages
Google Analytics, for anonymous site traffic numbers

We may also share information if the law requires it. None of these providers may use your information for their own marketing.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for site analytics and for the spam check on our forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to help you or as the law requires. Text message consent records are kept for at least five years so we can show we had permission.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, like encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we take it seriously.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
