The map comes before the website.

Your Google and Yelp profiles, set up and kept current

Google Business Profile management means your listing is claimed, complete and kept up to date: the right category, hours, services, photos and a steady stream of reviews. We can do the same for your Yelp page. It’s quoted after a free checkup, and it takes one more chore off your staff’s plate.

Why your profile matters more than your homepage

When someone nearby searches “plumber near me” or “dentist Bradenton,” Google shows a map with three businesses before it shows a single website. Most people call one of those three. What decides who shows up is mostly your category, how close you are, how complete and active the profile is, and your reviews.

Nobody honest can promise you a spot in those three. What we can do is make sure nothing on your side is holding you back, and keep it that way every month, so your team doesn’t have to remember to do it.

What we can take care of

All of it, every month
  • Claim and verify the profile, set up as a service-area business if you work at customers’ places (your street address stays hidden)
  • The right primary and secondary categories, which matter more than most owners realize
  • Hours, holiday hours and seasonal hours that match your door
  • Services and products, with “starting at” prices if you want them shown
  • Real photos of your team, your work and your place, refreshed through the year
  • A booking or contact link, and messaging settings that fit how you work
  • Short posts about offers, events and seasonal reminders
  • Questions and answers seeded from what customers really ask
  • Review requests, plus friendly replies drafted for your approval
  • A monthly check for edits suggested by strangers, which Google sometimes accepts without asking
Two listings, one set of facts

Google and Yelp, side by side

Different rules, same goal: a customer who finds you sees the right hours, the right phone number and a business that looks cared for.

Google

Google Business Profile

  • Drives the map in Google Search and Google Maps
  • Reviews can be requested, politely, after a visit
  • Posts, photos and Q&A keep it active
  • Booking links can go straight to your calendar
Yelp

Yelp business page

  • Claimed for free and matched exactly to your Google details
  • Photos, hours, services and a clear description
  • Yelp asks businesses not to request reviews, so we focus on a complete page and thoughtful replies
  • Yelp ads only if you ask for them; you pay Yelp directly

Showing up when people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Perplexity

More people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Perplexity for a recommendation instead of scrolling a list. Those tools lean on the same public facts: your listings, your website, your reviews. When your name, hours and services match everywhere, you’re easier to recommend. We keep them matching.

How it works

How it works

  1. 1

    A free checkup

We search for you the way a customer would, signed out, on a phone, and show you what they see.

  2. 2

    We fix the basics

Category, hours, services, photos, links and your Yelp page, usually within a week or two of getting access.

  3. 3

    We keep it current

Monthly posts, photo refreshes, review requests and reply drafts, plus a short plain-English note on what changed.

An illustrative example ↓

A Bradenton plumber’s profile

Picture a plumber whose profile is listed under “Contractor,” with hours from before a move and six photos from 2019. Fixing the category to “Plumber,” correcting the hours, adding real job photos and asking happy customers for reviews gives that profile a much better shot at the map for “plumber near me.” It can’t guarantee a spot, but it removes the reasons not to show it.

The short version

Atlas Cirrus in three sentences

Who we are
A small, locally owned company in Bradenton, Florida. We’ve spent more than fifteen years keeping small offices running, and now we help Gulf Coast businesses get found and stay busy.
What we do
We help small and mid-sized businesses get found (websites, local SEO, Google and Yelp profiles, Facebook and Nextdoor, and showing up when people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Perplexity) and keep customers coming back (reviews, reminders, follow-ups, file organizing and front desk automation), so staff can focus on the people in front of them.
Where we serve
Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish, Anna Maria Island, Cortez and St. Petersburg, across Manatee, Sarasota and Pinellas counties. We come to you.

What it costs

Google Business Profile is included in the Starter plan at $200 a month, with your website and booking. One-time setup is $500-1,500. Yelp and extra profile work beyond that is quoted after a free checkup. No long contracts, and nothing starts until you’ve seen the price in writing. See pricing.

Good questions

Google & Yelp profiles: common questions

Ask us anything, really.
How long until I see a difference?
Fixes like the category, hours and photos take effect within days to a few weeks. Moving up in the map takes longer and depends on competition and reviews. We’ll never promise a position, because nobody can.
Do I need a storefront to have a profile?
No. If you go to your customers, we set it up as a service-area business with your address hidden and the towns you serve listed instead.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only Google or Yelp can remove a review, and only if it breaks their rules. We can flag reviews that do, and help you write a calm, helpful reply to the rest.
Will I lose control of my listing?
No. You stay the owner. We ask to be added as a manager, so you can remove our access any time.
What does it cost?
Google Business Profile is included in the Starter plan at $200 a month, with your website and booking. One-time setup is $500-1,500. Review requests are included in Growth at $400 a month. See review requests and pricing.
Is Yelp worth bothering with?
For restaurants, salons, home services and anything people book on recommendation, yes. Yelp also feeds some map and recommendation apps. It mostly needs to be accurate and answered, not babysat.

Want a second pair of eyes on how you show up?

Tell us what you do and where. A real person looks at your listings and site, then gets back to you, usually the same business day.
