By using atlascirrus.com or working with Atlas Cirrus LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms.
Who we are
Atlas Cirrus LLC is a business automation company serving Bradenton, Sarasota and the Suncoast. We build websites and automated systems, like reminders, review requests, follow-ups and online booking, for small businesses and clinics.
Our services
Every project is custom. What we’ll build, when, and what it costs is agreed in writing (an email is fine) before we start. Founding clients can get 30-50% off the first few months in exchange for a testimonial. Monthly plans are agreed in writing before billing starts.
Month to month
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, services are month to month. You can cancel any time with written notice. We can also end service with reasonable notice.
Who owns what
Once paid in full, the work we make specifically for you is yours. General tools, templates and know-how we use across clients stay ours.
Your part
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need. If you use systems we set up to message your own customers, you’re responsible for getting their permission and for following the laws that apply to your messages.
Text messages from us
If you opt in, Atlas Cirrus may text you through our Atlas Cirrus Customer Care program: customer care and project updates for people who contact Atlas Cirrus and for our clients: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on the work we’re doing for you.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

No guarantees
We work hard to get results, but services are provided “as is.” We can’t promise specific outcomes, rankings or uptime from the outside services we connect to.
Limits on liability
To the extent Florida law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
Florida law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in Manatee County, Florida.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
